Terence passed on his ideas to everyone. However he passed on the intellectual property rights to all of his written, spoken and intellectual work to his children. He saw this as one way that he could continue to care for his family in his absence. Terence and his former partner Kathleen Harrison founded LUX NATURA in 1976. Over the years it has evolved into a family partnership that manages Terence’s intellectual property rights and archive. We recognize that the free proliferation of his work via the internet has contributed to the lasting impact of his ideas and therefore we are not removing material from the internet. We continue to encourage free use of Terence's work for creative collaboration, however if a project becomes monetized or commercially profitable then some of that should flow back to the source. Any use of his material for purpose of profit must be approved by Lux Natura.
